Thumb-area native fan favorite, Dennis Pilaske, will perform Live on Stage at the Port Austin Famers Market on Saturday, July 27. Dennis grew up in nearby Port Hope and has been a singer, songwriter, and guitar player for most of his life. His parents, Emerson and Irene, have been active in the Huron County music scene since the 1950s, and he grew up making music with them, his sisters, uncle, cousins, his children, and many more in this musical family. Now a resident of Sanford, MI, Dennis plays acoustic versions of oldies, classic rock, pop, and country songs. This wide mix of music truly offers something for everyone.

The entertainment runs from 10 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the outdoor stage adjacent to the historic gymnasium in downtown Port Austin.
